I loved and hated this book. I loved it because I enjoyed the triumphs over his obstacles, and found it inspiring. BUT as a long time fan of KISS I found Paul Stanley a big disappointment as a human being. He basically starts the book by complaining about his parents and blaming them for his short comings, or for not being supportive. When he speaks of the early years of KISS it's clear he has a personal vendetta against drummer Peter Criss for whatever reason, in fact there is not one time he mentions Peter in a positive light. Every single time Peters name comes up it's to trash him. From Peters performance as a drummer, his singing, his lack of song writing skills, to his personal misgivings, to his "complaining" (and it seems Paul also does his fair share of whining here.) No I don't think Peter was the greatest rock and roll drummer there ever was, but lets face it not everyone in the 70s was Keith Moon, Neil Peart and John Bonham, but in his prime Peter held his own. Paul goes as far as to say he couldn't solo and he sounded like "Ricky Ricardo playing the bongos instead of a rock and roll drummer" Which I found amusing but also disheartening, Peters drum solos were probably the most memorable and energetic on any live album period. Yes he fell apart and stop caring in the late 70s but hey, give credit where credit is due. If he was such an awful drummer, person, and singer (yes he even said Peter couldn't sing) then why have him in the band to begin with?, and why wait so long to get rid of him? Later Paul tells a story how his first live in girlfriend was on drugs and he put her out on the street as soon he found out, which he seemed to be bragging about. Nice guy right? In his early days as a cab driver he also brags about stealing money from his job. Later in the book he finds out his father was in a loveless marriage with his mother and had a long term mistress, Paul basically s***s all over his dad for it... after writing through out the whole book about all the women he's slept with. I suppose in Paul's eyes his dad was only permitted one for his whole life. What makes all this so disappointing is that Paul is a grown man, he's not in his 20s where he can bitch and it's cool and rebellious, he's in his 60s, and to use his own words "complaining about winning the lottery and having to pay taxes" Rather than being forgiving and seeing the big picture, which is. "Hey my childhood was rough, but it made me who I am and I wouldn't change that for a thing." " Peter was great and did a lot for the band, including Beth, and some diversity in vocals, and maybe he wasn't the John Bonham I fantasized about playing with but he did some tasty drum lines and memorable solos, if only he weren't such a pain in the ass" ... He is more forgiving toward Ace, and it comes off more honest when he complains about him. He also bitches a lot about Gene trying to take credit for being the genius behind KISS and sets the record straight there. He even bitches about the late Eric Carr, which wasn't his first choice for replacing Peter. Toward the end of the book he comes around and tries to convince everyone what a great guy he is because he found love and has kids. What I did like about the book was he did show us a side to him which we don't often see. His ear deformity, growing up and while with the band, the fact that he had no friends, and that's why he worked so hard ( big surprise there, he still doesn't realize he was a selfish jerk.) So yeah Peter bitches about being ripped off and taken advantage of in his book, and Paul doesn't lead me to believe this wasn't the case. I suppose after reading all there bios (and Lydia's) I can see they all have different view points about how things went down, and why they did the things they did. But Paul and Gene walked away with KISS,A and all the money and glory that comes with it, to continue bitching about 2 guys that helped put, and keep them on the map is beyond me. KISS was on the verge of being a one hit wonder before "Beth" can you give Peter some credit for at the very least being the voice behind the song that saved your ass from obscurity? In the end it was still an interesting read, but also a turn off.

Huge Kiss Fan Here. I ran across an interview paul did for this book on the Today Show. Paul came across the most authentic I have witnessed any member of Kiss so I purchased the book. Paul is a NYC kid like I was. I was pleasantly surprised to read about the many things we had in common. He even lived 3 blocks away from me at one point. Thanks for turning me onto The Move. GREAT BAND !The book tells the Kiss story and the Paul Story. I found it to be very informative and reflective of a life attained through hard work and determination, also of luck.Paul stresses the good and disregards the bad as un necessary. The Starchild has grown up.Thanks for the memories and the reminder to be yourself. Kiss was very instrumental to me in my youth. I will never forget the joy I got listening to them and staring at the album covers. My imaginary friends that inspired me when all felt wrong.Peace

It seems there are three types of Rock Star Biographies: "I survived but it ruined my life", "He died, this is how it ruined his life" and the rarest of all, "I survived and came out reasonably healthy and normal". This is one of the latter.Paul turns out, unsurprisingly, to be the intelligent, sensitive one. Don't expect minutiae about tours, equipment or particular songs and albums. Those stories are told in detail elsewhere. This is the well written and engaging story of Paul's overcoming a physical handicap (deafness and deformity of an ear) to become one of the biggest stars of the '70s. He holds back very few punches in exposing his take on his bandmates. Having read numerous books by and about KISS I believe I'm more inclined to believe Paul than the others.Those who aren't fans might be tempted to give this a miss, but if you have any interest in the story of the self described "Hottest Band In The World" told by one who was there, it's worth a read.

Like a lot of kids back in the mid to late 70s, I was a huge KISS fan and they were my very first concert experience in 1977. But, admittedly, I kind of 'grew out' of my KISS phase by high school as I discovered other groups and styles of music, and only listened to them on rare occasions in the ensuing years (although I still followed news reports about them). When they launched the first of their 'farewell tours' in the late 1990s, I caught one of their shows. I finally decided to buy Paul's book for a couple reasons, 1.) I'm on a kick lately reading a lot of band/musician biographies and autobiographies, especially of the music I grew up with, and 2.) I've always been curious to read a first-hand description of the origin of KISS. I went into this with moderate expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the book overall. Paul was honest, candid and thoroughly captivating. I learned a lot about him as a person and what motivated him to get into music, start the band KISS and to continue participating in it for the next four decades. It was kind of hard putting this book down to be perfectly honest. If you're a KISS fan, this is a great book. If you aren't, it's still a great book. I'm now listening to these guys again on Spotify, and am planning to see them on their next "final" tour in March, 2019.

Wow. This book was painful for me. I've read all of her publications (including by her pseudonym), and she was an auto-buy. But this book was just painful. Usually the flash forward/back doesn't bother me, but when 88% of the book vacillates back and forth with me not caring what happens to the depressingly flat main character? Well...I just didn't like it.I had tweeted to Ms. Williams asking for a family tree of her books. I never received a reply. When I finished this book and saw that she finally connected it to another...well...heck, I don't even remember that book Beatriz. I read a lot of books. I can't keep all your facts straight when you go back and forth and back and forth. I'm sorry. I really wanted to like this. I just felt like this book was all build up to a "oh wait lemme flip that oh lemme flip that again oh look did you see what I did there? HAHA dear reader I don't care what you think" ending.I'm writing this review so that I remember not to buy any future books. And sadly, I'm pulling her from my twitter authors list so that I don't make the mistake again. That is how strongly I feel. It is only 2 stars because I did manage to finish it.

I first read Beatriz Williams' Along the Infinite Sea, which I thoroughly enjoyed - the characters, the plot twists, the time period. Naturally, I turned to Cocoa Beach, her latest release, to read more Beatriz Williams. Cocoa Beach is a fairly good book, but there is too much going on - too many characters with confusing pasts (hard to determine what is true and what other characters lie/misrepresent about each other). I never really grew to like Virginia - she's so noncommittal, hesitant, and seemingly frail - but (maybe?) strong. I didn't really buy into the love affair between Virginia and Simon (she, too hesitant; he, to quickly "in love" with her).A few of the events in the book were never fully explained: What really happened to Virginia that moonless night on the beach? Why was she given the medication she was given at Maitland? Mr. Marshall's role in the story? The revelation, at the end, of Virginia's father? Lydia's role in the entire book? I read the book not really all that interested in the characters, but wondering what would happen in the end.I also found what seem to be a few editing mistakes: page 105 - Virginia is sitting with Hazel to her left, Johnson to her right - but then Green starts speaking to Virginia. Chapter 29 - the date given is July 22 - yet chapters 28 and 30 take place on July 25.. Did we go back in time for a moment? It seems as if the story is simply continuing, from the hotel in Cocoa (Chapter 28) to the highway outside Winter Park (Chapter 29).All in all, the book is entertaining - I enjoyed the setting - the time and place make me want to read more of Beatriz Williams' books - but I hope the next B.W. book I read is more like the engaging, colorful, and interesting Along the Infinite Sea.

I really enjoyed her books "Tiny Little Thing" and "A Certain Age" but I did not enjoy this book as much as the others. I felt it dragged quite a bit and parts of it were confusing as it vaulted between time periods.I did like the twist involving Simon, Samuel and Clara and did not see parts of that twist coming so the element of surprise was good. However the ending left me totally confused as I have no idea who arrives with Marshall at the end of the book. I did look up online to see if I had missed something in the book that would explain the ending and the only thing I saw was to read her book "Wicked City" to find out the identity of the arrivals. Personally, I found that suggestion a bit frustrating.

Oh yes it had all the above, but it felt as if it were a nightmare spinning out of control. Not my type of book unfortunately, because I bought it having read other more enjoyable novels written by Ms. Williams. I'm sure there will be other novels written by her, I'll just have to be less trusting of the reviews and more judicious in my choice! To make matters worse, the ending left you hanging in the balance, assuring the reader there would be a sequel. Indeed, if that is the case, I will borrow it from the library (if I even do that)!

I am completely clueless about the ending! The last 20pages had so many " twists" to the plot I was loosing which character was which until by the ending I didn't even care.

Read and loved all the other Beatriz Williams books and was so excited about reading this one. Sadly this one is not like the others. The story is confusing, with lots of unanswered questions. None of the characters were particularly engaging or likeable, and like others I also struggled to believe the love story. A big 'meh' from me.

I hadn't read Ms. Williams last book, A Certain Age, yet, but I knew I had to do that before I read this book because her characters always make peek appearances in future books. I really need a detailed family tree of connections, please. But, I was really glad I did. While I really liked the characters of Sophie and Octavian in A Certain Age, the story itself didn't keep me on my toes like Cocoa Beach did. The entire time I was reading Cocoa Beach, I was unsure whether Simon was good or bad. Would he be Virginia's one true love or her huge mistake. I love how the trials of her childhood (that we learned about in Certain Age), came back to haunt her and her choices in this book. It really kept me on my toes until the last moment. As always, you get drawn in to the time period that Ms. Williams writes about and into her characters lives as if they were your next door neighbor. This was a thoroughly enjoyable and well written summer read.

In my goal of reading through all of Larry Crabb's recommended reading list he provided at the School of Spiritual Direction, The Holy Trinity: In Scripture, History, Theology, and Worship (2004) by Robert Letham was the third book on the Trinity and far and away the most detailed and scholarly (The first two being Delighting in the Trinity by Reeves and Experiencing the Trinity by Johnson). Letham's book provides some 550 pages exploring the Trinity for evangelicals who he argues have "underachieved" in this arena.The book is divided into four general sections: biblical foundations, historical development, modern discussion, and critical issues. Each of these sections goes into some depth.I as glad that he opened with the biblical foundations exploring both Old and New Testament justification for the Trinity. How these biblical foundations then gave way to developments in the early church toward the development of a trinitarian theology was quite interesting. In the second section, Letham examined how the doctrine developed and the heresies that also arose. After reaching Calvin, he jumps forward to more modern explorations, in large part because there were apparently many silent years in terms of doctrinal development.The four chapters that made up the final section, critical issues, were the most important to me. Though the historical development was interesting and quite beneficial in terms of understanding why certain decisions were reached, this final section dealt much more with practical matters. In other words, how does trinitarian thinking influence worship, prayer, missions, and relationships. In the chapter on worship, Letham I believe rightly assesses that the modern church lacks a distinctly trinitarian worship and that we need to rethink our hymnody. Trinitarian thinking also affects how we treat others, which he explored in chapter twenty.All in all, this is a comprehensive balanced book on the Trinity, but it is not for the faint of heart. If you are looking for a more accessible book on the Trinity, I would strongly recommend either of the others mentioned above, but if you want to go deeper, I can happily recommend Letham's text.

One of the long standing "cardinal" doctrines of Orthodox Christianity is the teaching that God is one in essence and three in person, and yet it is one of the most difficult of doctrines to comprehend of the whole lot. Robert Letham writes, "For the vast majority of Christians, including most ministers and theological students, the Trinity is still a mathematical conundrum, full of imposing philosophical jargon, relegated to an obscure alcove, remote from daily life."However, due to this lack of understanding and grappling with the ramifications of this doctrine most Christians view God in the abstract and as a result have a detached and almost deistic relationship with the God of the Bible who is actually transcendent and immanent in our world. In this book the author seeks to bring about a new revitalization to the church and its witness to the world by having a deeper understanding of the Triune God as revealed in the Scriptures.In this very cogent book Dr. Letham seeks to give a broad overview of the Triune doctrine by canvassing the Scriptures, church history, modern discussions with contemporary theologians of the past few centuries (their orthodox and unorthodox views), and Critical Issues - including the incarnation, worship, prayer, missions, and union with Christ.This book is a challenging read, but I think Dr. Letham maintains a good balance between the scholarly aspects of the discussion and its practical applications - which ultimately lead us to worship. Many of the chapters end in prayer and focus on actually worshipping God, not just discussing Him. Two excellent articles reviewing books by Gilbert Bilezikian and Kevin Giles on the Trinity conclude the work as appendixes. A helpful glossary and bibliography conclude the work.I am grateful to the Triune God of Scripture for Dr. Letham's excellent contribution to theological reflection in this book. It is a readable and comprehensive study of the doctrine of the Trinity in the unfolding revelation of the Bible, in its breadth of reflection from church history, amid the loci of influential systematic theologians, and in the life and application of the evangelical community. I think anyone will benefit from reading this book. It will definitely sharpen your understanding of the Triune God we worship and inform and influence the way you relate to Him in your daily life.

My 10 and 12 year old girls love watching Rachael Ray on TV. They are interested in cooking and are able to do simple 30 minute meals. The book contains easy instructions for meals that utilize common pantry ingredients. Perfect for learning how to cook home meals for beginners. It is a little old with newer versions available. Would be a 5 star book if they had pictures of the meals platted and how they should appear, and font is in lime green lettering which appears a little odd. Otherwise would recomend for beginner cooks or children learning.

I love Rachael Ray. Her show, "30 Minute Meals" is a favorite; it focuses on healthy foods, fresh produce and easy to follow recipes. This family friendly style of cooking was translated into her book, "30 Minute Meals" and I have enjoyed each recipe I have tried. A large proportion of the meals are family friendly as well-- my 6 year old and 2 year old are not finicky, but even so they have been very enthusiastic about the recipes.Now for the minuses-- 1) unlike the show, recipes are not grouped together with a main dish, side and a dessert/drink. This is rectified in the sequel, but it is not easy to always pick dishes that can be cooked at the same time and still finish in 30 minutes. 2) no pictures! I like pictures of the finished product. Not a biggie, but it bugged me. 3) I like the "pinch of this" and "dash of that" style of cooking. If you *have* to have precise measurements, this may not be your book. 4) I am a profecient cook, yet many of the dishes are really 40 minute meals for me. If you're a fast chopper and can multi-task, you may get these meals done in 30 minutes on the first try. Otherwise... plan for a little extra time.This is not a book for an advanced chef, it is simple food and it makes no pretensions to anything else. However, if you have a new cook in the family, or you are looking for new ideas for weeknight meals, I highly recommend this book. Ideal for your niece or nephew's first apartment!

I was a little disappointed in this book. It has a nice cover and all that, but the pages inside were a little low budget in appearance, and that psychologically made the recipes less exciting than they really are.Cooking definitely isn't a passion of mine, so the quickest and easiest recipes are the ones that appeal to me most. However, without pictures of the finished product, I found it hard to choose recipes, because firstly, I want to see what I'm getting, and secondly, I really like seeing if my creation kinda looks similar to the professional one.One of my problems was getting some of the basic ingredients - there are a lot of capers and anchovies required - but people living in the USA shouldn't have a problem. A lack of the various deli items and cheeses as well as the specialty bottled sauces made half the recipes impossible without substitution, but again, if you have these things close at hand you should do fine.The recipes are easy to follow, even though I noticed that one of them omitted to tell you when to put in a certain key ingredient, and they have cute names - nothing highbrow here. I don't need step by step pictures, but some finished food shots would have made all the difference for me.Okay for experienced cooks looking for some quick recipes, but a bit underwhelming for beginners.Amanda Richards, June 12, 2005

I have 3 of her cook books and I like this one the best. The recipies are the easiest and IMO the best! Try No-Pain Lo Mein, Curry in a Hurry, Gran'pa Emmanuel's Pasta Concoctions, Cashew! God Bless You Chicken or Moo Shu Pork Pockets. All are fantastic and full of flavor. She uses a lot of fresh veggies and herbs. Two problems I have found. One, there is no index so it makes the recipies hard to find. Two, these meals might take HER 30 minutes to make, but for most of us who don't cook for a living, they take longer. Still, the meals are fun to prepare and wonderful to eat. My family loves these dishes. Well worth the price!

As a fan of Rachael's Food Network show, I bought this book in conjunction with her second 30-minute Meals cookbook. I have to say that I liked the retro feel of her book, and I like most of her recipes. However, I think her book relies too heavily on pastas.The layout of the book reads like a menu, which can be helpful when you are planning an entire night of meals (like her tv show). However, it is also fairly easy to pick one recipe from each section to mix and match. Her lack of good desserts is understandable b/c she states that she was never a baker, but the ones that are in here are great for last minute endings to her meals. Great for a novice cook!

A big thank you to Rachel Ray for this book! I have been trying to learn how to cook for about 2 years now (with not much success). I was first inspired by Rachel Ray's show, and then sought out the book.She designed the recipes so that you wouldn't have to run out and buy oddball items that you'll never use again. If you buy fresh parsley for one recipe, you'll more than likely use it in the next one. No waste! The fact that I make these recipes and they turn out great make me want to cook more! I would recommend this book to anyone, from the novice to the expert.One more thing I've noticed is that this book teaches you the basics so you can move on to make your own recipes. Don't hesitate on this book-buy it. You won't be sorry. Nor will your full belly after trying some of these recipes...

I ordered this book after watching Racheal Ray for a month on Food TV. I had made her recipes on the show and none of them were less then terrific. When the book arrived it went through the family getting recipes tagged to try. So far the five we have tried have all been excellent! My picky husband is in love with everything we make out of this book and my 12 year old is in the kitchen doing over 1/2 the work while we time ourselves. We manage in the kitchen to the table in 23-28 minutes! A great timesaver for this family that still eat's together 5 nights a week. THANK YOU RACHEAL FOR THE BOOK AND THE SHOW!!!!

We still struggle with knowing how to think about the events of 9/11/2001 - and with how to depict them in the popular media. The reactions to the films "World Trade Center" and "Flight 93" have been all over the map. For some, it seems too soon to reopen the raw wounds that the tragedies of that day inflicted on our national psyche. For others, remembering the events and trying to make sense of them is part of the healing from those wounds.In the first few weeks after the attacks on the WTC, I found myself drawn to the site. Something within me needed to see "Ground Zero" up close in order for me to begin to process what had happened there. For some individuals, attending a wake where the body of a loved one is on display is a ghoulish practice. For others, it is a necessary part of the process of acknowledging the reality of the death of the departed. I felt as if I needed to "view the body" of the WTC - a place that had been special to me since it was first built. I had enjoyed meals in the "Windows on the World" restaurant and had brought many friends and family members to the observation deck. I had seen the site from the air on September 16th, but I needed to see if from ground level. So, I drove to NYC and made my way to lower Manhattan. I parked a few blocks north of the site and spent several hours walking the perimeter, reading the notices asking for help in locating lost and missing relatives, talking with police officers guarding the perimeter - trying to get a sense of the place. When I returned to my car, it was covered in a thick patina of greasy ash that still filled the air for many blocks around Ground Zero.At my desk in my office in Wellesley I keep a crystal block that memorializes the WTC and the first responders who raised an American flag over the rubble. The events of 9/11 are never far from my mind. So, when I learned that a picture book was being released on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the attacks on the WTC, I ordered the book from [...].The book, "Aftermath: World Trade Center Archive" by Joel Meyerowitz, is a huge "coffee table" book. This tome is a stunning work of art that is the result of amazing diligence, courage and ingenuity on the part of photographer Joel Meyerowitz. This heart-rending and sobering collection is the only archive of images of Ground Zero after the events of September 11. In his narrative of what he experienced during the nine months during which he captured images of the clearing of debris from the site of the WTC, Meyerowitz compares the site to Pompeii."The nine months I worked at Ground Zero were among the most rewarding of my life. I came as an outsider, a witness bent on keeping the record, but over time I began to feel a part of the very project I'd been intent on recording, and I was accepted on the site as a member of the tribe. Photography is often a very solitary profession. But the intense camaraderie I experienced at Ground Zero inspired me, changing both my sense of myself and my sense of responsibility to the world around me. September 11th was a tragedy of almost unfathomable proportions. But living for nine months in the midst of those individuals who faced that tragedy head-on, day after day, and did what they could to set things right, was an immense privilege. I am deeply grateful to have worked alongside these men and women. I documented the aftermath for everyone who couldn't be there. But this book is dedicated to those who were." As with many of us, 9/11 changed my life, as I watched in my office as the World Trade Center Buildings Collapsed before my eyes on a little TV we had scrounged up from somewhere. Many younger technicians at work stopped, got in their cars and drove down the street to enlist. It was like Pearl Harbor. Since I worked at a major Airport, the silence outside after a while was very very strange as all flying was stopped. The company I worked for collapsed as a result and I become an independent contractor for almost 6 years. This is a great book, filled with excellent images and Joel M. did the job he knew he had to do and did it superbly. The format of the book is large and as a result, its fragile and requires some care when reading. You either have to hold it in your lap or on a table. My viewpoint is that the big mistake with the book is that it should have come with a slip cover/box to protect it. No matter, the Amazon price for this book is unbeatable. Excellent book, with some truly awesome (in the truest sense) pictures. Author's narrative is very good as well. Despite the many pictures of Ground Zero that abound on Internet and TV, many here that I'd never seen. One shot of firefighters taking a break was especially noteworthy, catching the exhaustion, loss, determination and anger of these men as they searched for their lost brothers and other victims. If you exchanged their fire gear for green uniforms and steel helmets, they'd look exactly like photos of combat soldiers at rest in books about WWII, Korea, Vietnam. Where do we get such men?Book chronicles the site from early on, throughout the following months as the debris is removed and the previously underground areas are exposed. Besides presenting a graphic portrait of the damage and horror of the site, you also get a fascinating glimpse at the structural marvel that was the World Trade Center.

I purchased this new from RCG Trading and have just ordered two more. One is for my nephew, an architect, the other for a close colleague who, like Joel Meyerowitz, spent seven months photographing the de-construction of Ground Zero. In my opinion, this book is the best documentation of the site and what transpired there... period. If you spent time working or volunteering at Ground Zero or know someone who did, this is the best gift you could put in their hands. "Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5b

In a country where bureaucracy is King, I commend Joel Meyerowitz for his determination never to give up in his pursuit of access to the ground zero area. As value for money goes, it's well worth it as this is a very large book with a considerable amount of photos and narrative.The publication date is misleading however - all that has changed from the original publication is the sleeve. The last photo catalogued in this book was taken on June 21 2002. I thought the re-publication of this book would have allowed for some more updates of the current progress of the WTC site.All up, I would recommend.

I bought this book with the idea of donating it to our local library after I enjoyed it. After looking at the photos and reading the book, I am now keeping it for my granddaughter. She was born 5 days before 9/11 and someday she may want to see what happened.I would recommend this book highly.

Very touching pictures. Visited the 911 memorial in June and was so glad I had the book before I went. The book is huge. I was so impressed by seeing how they memorialized the ground. It covers the American Spirit of recovery after such a great loss.

I feel very fortunate to have this text so readily available. And I'm grateful for those who put this together and formatted it for Kindle. (FYI: this latest edition, published in 2016, includes all the Inspired Version Bible text). There are some real gems in here that aren't included in the LDS version of the King James Bible. My understanding of God's word and plan for mankind has increased greatly through reading this. It further strengthens my belief in the work and prophetic mantle of Joseph Smith.

As a Mormon convert who was raised Catholic (I like Pope Francis, by the way), it was while not difficult for me to accept extrabiblical revelation such as the Book of Mormon (of which I have a fairly strong testimony), at first quite another matter for me to deal with Joseph's inspired translation of the Bible. However the added text is often quite uplifting to me and centers on explaining elements of Christian faith that Mormons see as restored. The text that Joseph crossed out from the KJV is not removed from the Bible in the sense of being unavailable. The LDS Church includes the KJV among the four Standard Works in English. It is the first. So Joseph's textual changes only help and do no harm. I understand that those who are not LDS may feel differently.

Very thorough. Font size is perfect for my eyes. Recommended for every LDS/Mormon who appreciates Joseph Smith's Inspired Version of the Bible.

This is a good compilation, but if you are looking for a book that combines the entire King James version with the Joseph Smith translation, this is not it. It does not include the chapters and verses in the Bible that were not modified.

Great E-book and if you are a Mormon or just interested in the scriptures you will enjoy this!

Fantastic version of the Joseph Smith inspired translation of the Bible. I love the fact that all the verses of the Bible have been added so that you see the context of the corrections made by Joseph Smith under the direction of the Holy Ghost.
