Beautifully illustrated and informative book. Some people may have issues with section on Islam in Africa. Don't. It's so well done and tells the truth.
This book is a MUST for any household with children of African descent. The illustrations are stunning and are full of details that reinforce the history we are learning. Good for any group interested in actually studying the world since Africa is so grossly underrepresented.
