I received The Art of Movement book by Ken Browar and Deborah Ory for Christmas last year. It is one of the most exquisite books I have ever owned. It captures the heart and soul, not only of dance, but of the dancer. This calendar does that, as well. The artistry of the photographs is undeniable ~ each one is breathtaking. For those who love to watch dance, this is a the perfect gift. For those of us who have dance in our bodies, for whom there is no question of perhaps dancing, because there is no question - we must dance, this calendar is at once inspiring and also feels like home.Mr. Balanchine used to say, "I don't want people who want to dance, I want people who have to dance." For those who understand what he meant, this calendar and the book are like a Bible. Well done!
